One Day – Day Nine
This morning I weighed in at 253 pounds. That is a -1 change from yesterday and -1 change overall. The Big Goal is to lose approximately 100 pounds in 50 weeks one way and one day at a time. This is Day 9. This is the forth day of Week Two
One Way – Way Nine
Yard work – Today I will spend at least 30 minutes working in the yard .
Exercise more and eat less. Those are the only two things that matter when you are trying to lose weight. It all boils down to calories. How many calories do I consume and how many do I expend.
I can spend a lot of time thinking, planning, goal setting, but in the end it is the doing that matters. It really doesn’t matter what I do. What matters most is getting up and moving. My yard needs some work so this is killing two birds with one stone. I will up the calories I spend the old fashioned way: work.
Today I am going to get in at least 30 minutes in yard work. This will help me burn calories and will at the very least distract me from eating those tempting cookies my daughter made.
This is day nine, my goal today is to work in the yard. Get out of the house and do some work.
Yesterday -
I walked for more than 30 minutes. The husband and I walked after dinner. 5 weeks and 3 days more
I didn’t eat in front of the computer or TV - I will track this goal for 5 weeks and 1 days more.
I drank more than my eight 8-ounce glasses of water. I drank 8 ounces before breakfast. 8 during the morning, 8 with lunch, 32 ounces in the afternoon, 8 with dinner and another 8 after diner. I will track this goal for 5 weeks more.
I have set a goal - 50 weeks to lose 100 pounds. This is where I stay accountable. You help me so much by being here and reading here. I love the emails and the comments and the suggestions too. Thank you for taking the time to read. You are my support.
